2 dead, suspect at large after shooting at missionary training campus

We had assistance from Wheat Ridge Police Department as well as Jefferson County Sheriff's Office," said Medina. "Unfortunately, he remains at large at this moment."

The suspect is described as a white male, about 20 years old, who was wearing a dark coat. He may have been wearing a dark beanie or skull cap, may have had a beard and may have been wearing glasses.

"The young man – I don't know who he is; I don't think [the victims] knew him – but he must be going through a lot personally in his own life to do something like this," said Warren.

Police say they do not know whether the shooting was random or if there was a motive.

Warren says YWAM has open worship times when the public is allowed on their campus.

"Our belief is that only God is the judge and our place is to forgive and that's a difficult thing to do, but really, I think it's the right thing to do," said Warren.

Makes banking cheaper and more efficient

The Single Euro Payments Area becomes a reality tomorrow. HSBC will be introducing a number of propositions that will make life much easier for both personal and business customers.

SEPA aims to make cross-border electronic payments in euro in the 27 countries of the European Union, the European Economic Area (Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) and Switzerland as quick, easy and efficient as domestic payments.

The implementation of SEPA will allow businesses and consumers to reap the benefits of a common currency and integrated payments system that have been established within the boundaries of the European Union.

Over the past year HSBC has been working hard to ensure its systems and tariffs are compliant with the requirements of the new payments area and which will result in cheaper and more efficient banking.

Six powers propose new sanctions on Iran

The six global powers offered Iran a package of economic incentives and political rewards in June 2006 if it agreed to freeze uranium enrichment before talks on its nuclear program. But Iran has refused despite two previous sets of U.N. sanctions. The new proposal would freeze the assets of additional individuals and entities involved in Irans nuclear activities that were not identified. It calls on all countries to exercise vigilance in entering into new financial commitments with Iraq, including the granting of export credits, guarantees or insurance. It also calls for vigilance over financial dealings with Iranian-based banks, in particular with Bank Melli and Bank Saderat, and their branches and subsidiaries abroad. Iran insists its enrichment activities are intended only to produce fuel for nuclear reactors, but the U.S., the European Union and others suspect its real aim is to produce atomic bombs.
